What are the services you offer? • We restore the old memories through Fading, Spots, Cracks, Stains, Tears, Yellowing, and Damage on old photos, Replacement of torn corners & minor gaps and Converting photos to Sepia tone or Color.
• We can smooth, soften, or remove wrinkles, lines, freckles, blemishes and other facial features.
• We can improve the Color, Contrast and Density of your pictures and remove red eye.
• On selection of more customized services you can even add special comments.
What if the quality of my original pictures is not very good? We will make every effort to improve your photos to the greatest extent possible.
How do I upload files from your computer? You can choose one of four easy methods for uploading your photos to TPR on the Photo Upload page (after login):
• Check Box You can upload one or more photos by clicking on the Check Box tab on the Photo Upload page. This will open a new window with two boxes. The left box shows your folder list. The right box will show the images of the folder in thumbnail with check boxes. Select photos by clicking on one or more check boxes. Once you have selected your photos, click the 'Upload' button and it will upload the selected files.
• Drag and Drop You can simply drag and drop photos from your hard drive by clicking on the Drag and Drop tab on the Photo Upload page. This will open a new window with three boxes. The left box shows your folder menu. The top right box will show all images in thumbnail. Select the photo(s) in the top right box, and drag the photo(s) into the bottom right box. Once you have selected your photos, click the 'Upload' button and it will upload the selected files.
• Simple Browse For our most compatible upload option, click on the Simple Browse tab on the Photo Upload page. This will open a new window, which will let you search your computer for the photos. When you have selected a file, click 'OK' and the file name and location will appear in the corresponding box on your Upload Files page. Repeat the process until you have selected the photos you want to be retouched (up to ten at a time). Once this is complete, click the 'Upload' button and it will upload the selected files.
• Upload from other Sites You can transfer photos directly from your Picasa accounts by clicking on the appropriate logo at the bottom of the Photo Upload page. You will need to enter your other account login details to download images to TPR. You only need to enter your login details once if you choose "Save my information". TPR encrypts all passwords and will not reveal them to anyone - including you. Once you have entered your login information, follow the directions for transferring photos.

• JPG/JPEG
• GIF
• PNG
• TIFF
* Note: File name capitalization does not matter. (Sample. jpg and SAMPLE.JPG are both okay.)
How many photos can you place into one order & what will be turnaround time? We don’t have any restriction on number of photos and number of orders per day. You can upload any number of job/order with a turnaround time of maximum 48 hours.

• Balance credit can’t be carry forwarded & it would expire with its validity
